What a private Morocco tour gives you
A private tour usually means a vehicle reserved for your party and more freedom to choose departure times and stops. It can be valuable if you travel with children, need a gentler pace or want to spend longer in a particular town. Ask whether the route can be changed during the trip and what changes might cost.
Private does not always mean the same thing across providers. Clarify whether you have a driver only or an accompanying guide, what languages they speak and whether local guides at monuments are included. Confirm the vehicle size and luggage capacity for your group.
What a shared group tour gives you
A shared tour can simplify planning and lower the cost per traveller. It may also be enjoyable if you like meeting other visitors. In exchange, stops and departure times usually follow a fixed schedule designed for the whole group.
